For those just starting to prepare - it's almost too late! Preparing for what is coming, take that back...already here, it is a monumental task. However, something is better than nothing. Also be prepared to share with those who cannot prepare - elderly family or neighbors, disabled who may not be able to prepare, young family with small children struggling to make ends meet or without jobs. We can't help everyone and have to be selective...in my opinion. BUT we are commanded to help the widows and orphans and share.
