This is the Goldstream River in Victoria, B.C. Apparently, it began flowing this neon green color and within the course of an hour, the entire river was green. Within a few hours, it had returned to its normal color. Earlier that day, a public fountain in Langford had also turned the same shade of green. No reason has been determined. Amazing, huh!
