He said all of it. We were once blinded by our lives of complacency. So when it became very apparent that things were amiss it has hurt like heck.
Morality and law starts at home. And just because your kid turns 18 or 21, 30 or 40 does not mean that you stopped being a parent. I have told my children that I am still their mother and I will indeed tell them if they are doing wrong. And sorry I won't be nice either.
You have to reteach your kids after every day they have spent at public school. That it is your morality and law that will keep them from harm.
In their teenage years, you have to reassert everything all over again. High School will make them smart mouthed and not teach them enough to get them a job or handle life after graduation.
Common sense is not and cannot be taught beyond when they are little and you say the stove is hot. It is inborn. But you can sure keep repeating yourself till your blue in the face that all is not what it seems. It's called talking to your kids, telling your kids what is what and telling them they are having fun while you tell them.
Then as they turn into what they say the adult stage, they think they have it made. And they think they are free.
But at least they know the limitation's.
I blame past generation's for the laxness of this age. It started a long time ago. And it has trickled down to now. Like water dripping constantly till now it has filled up the sink and is flowing over the sides.
Yes, morality and law starts at home. Now that the home has become so free-thinking the home is being invaded.
What you say is very true. But it started at home. And the icing was the educational system.Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05541088934719121907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8294304458677955232.post-77821990985312307322011-01-30T04:52:32.264-08:002011-01-30T04:52:32.264-08:00One of my philisophical arguments is with "ma...One of my philisophical arguments is with "mandatory insurance".
Nothing should be "mandatory" in a free society. No mandatory health insurance or automotive insurance etc. No goverment has the right to dictate that I must purchase a product.
I am not a "slave consumer" to a mega-corporation, I am a Free Man.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8294304458677955232.post-27663803028403418402011-01-29T21:58:53.803-08:002011-01-29T21:58:53.803-08:00Might want to update your picture. You really are a fabulous writer!

I have lost all hope in our political system. Too many hypocrites and commies in it to suit me - on both sides of the aisle.
